As we continue with lockdown restrictions BMT continues to bring you awesome core sessions via Facebook Live, just like our Facebook page BMT Academy and join in. See below weekly schedule. Our adult classes are an hour long and each session comprises different exercises all aimed at core strength. Ensure you have some room to move and good internet connection. Rodney ensures classes are fun and uses a variety of equipment you have at home!

Our Aim

BMT Academy focuses on four key fitness principles; Agility, Strength & Conditioning, Spatial Awareness and Eye – hand coordination. All our classes follow a simple method of going back to basics and incorporating fun and challenging exercises.
