The primary focus of BMT Academy is Core For Kids. We structure our classes on the below key fitness principles;
- Strength & Conditioning
- Spacial Awareness
- Eye-hand coordination
Our goal is to bring fun to exercise, go back to basics and enjoy being outside. We ensure children are kept busy, focused and disciplined which builds their confidence and allows them to function better in the classroom and on the sports field.
Sessions are small with only ten children to ensure individual attention but also the opportunity to have fun and meet new friends. Age categories include 5yrs to 13yrs for both girls and boys.
