Core development focuses on adults and specific sport related core training. We have partnered with Pirates Road Running Club for a weekly session which aims at building core strength specific to running. The class is 45min and takes place every Wednesday evening at the bottom fields at Pirates main club. We have designed the sessions to focus on four different areas;
- Upper Body Core
- Lower Body Core
- Cardio Core
- Static Core
Each week the class is aimed at one of the four focus areas with a variety of exercises aimed at that focus group.
We offer personal one on one sessions on a weekly morning basis only, these are aimed at those looking for more specific individual training and fitness programmes.
